To learn more, visit [please apply online] [please apply online] [please apply online] [please apply online] The position of Sales Process Supervisor is responsible for leading efforts to meet or exceed company goals for profitable sales growth within a specified territory.

Job Objective:

Responsible for attaining regional sales goals through training the sales process to new and existing sales staff. Promote the growth of Patio Enclosures sunrooms and Stanek window products in all markets. Provide leadership to RSM’s in identifying process success and deficiencies in their sales organization. Work with RSM’s to establish sales processes to produce “High Performance” sales reps each location. Support and assist the RSM’s with the hiring and training new sales representatives to build a strong sales forces in order to meet growth objectives. Contribute to the development of company training and education programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct responsibility for sales performance in assigned region.
  • Champion the sales process within the company and branch organizations
  • Travel to markets as needed to conduct field rides, training and coaching and assist with new rep on-boarding
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Ensure sales team has all necessary resources to perform properly
  • Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
  • Conduct sales ride-a-longs with all sales reps to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales process
  • Assist sales reps in preparation of proposals and presentations
  • Investigate lost sales opportunities and the competition in all locations
  • Provide timely feedback to the RSM regarding branch and individual sales performance
  • Work with Regional Sales Manager to ensure they are following sales management best practices (sales meetings, ride-a-longs, sales recap reviews, customer follow-up)
  • Review job costings to ensure sales reps are applying proper discounts and adequate profit margins are obtained on quotes and sales
  • Assist in the recruiting, hiring, appraisal, disciplining, and termination of all sales personnel
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team

Requirements:

  • Excellent Oral and written communication skills
  • Consultative selling skills
  • Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy
  • Staff consulting and relationship building skills
  • Ability to use technology and analysis tools (Excel, Outlook, web, databases)
  • Executive presence to influence senior decision-makers
  • Minimum of ten years of In-home selling to the residential market.
